A week of symfony #537 (10-16 April 2017)

This week, Symfony added a new component called Link to provide HTTP preloading features. In addition, the new service configuration hierarchy (defaults > instaceof > service) was reworked. Lastly, we discovered the new Symfony 4 directory structure and also the first technical details about Symfony Flex.
