A week of symfony #473 (18-24 January 2016)

This week Symfony added a new PSR-6 compliant cache component. Meanwhile, a lot of fixes and improvements where added, such as a DateTime normalizer for the Serializer component, test optimizations, web profiler tweaks, support for generating absolute URLs in CLI, etc. In addition, the first details of the SymfonyLive Paris 2016 conference were unveiled.
