Symfony 2.6.9 released

Symfony 2.6.9 has just been released. This releases fixes a huge performance regression in the development environment. The #14262 was reverted.

Here is a list of other changes:

  • bug #14777 Avoid using the app global variable in the profiler templates (stof)
