New Symfony Core Team Member: Abdellatif AitBoudad

Abdellatif started contributing to Symfony exactly two years ago. His first contribution was a typo fix like many of us do when contributing for the first time to a project. Then, he added missing error messages for Arabic and French. And soon enough, he started to contribute on a regular basis, taking care of fixing bugs reported to the Symfony issue tracker. But since the end of 2013, he has contributed many fixes to the Translation component and he also added some nice features.

His work is really greatly appreciated and I'm very pleased to announce today that Abdellatif AitBoudad is joining the member of the Symfony Core Team. He will also become the new shepherd for the Translation component.
